While a client at 1120 W Watkins Rd, Church On The Street (COTS) regularly barged into the women's dorm and bathroom and shouted that they were taking everyone somewhere for a free breakfast, clothes, and devotionals/shouted, "Jesus loves you!"/insisted, "You need a prayer!" Etc. When clients of other nationalities (Irish/French/Chinese, etc.) asked COTS to please not shout near their beds/tell them how religious deities feel about them/tell them what they need, etc., COTS progressively, abusively got in the clients' faces and shouted/insisted more. Some clients of other nationalities who did go with COTS said the prayers were victim blaming/the food made them sick/they were given the same clothes that had been stolen from them at 1120 W Watkins Rd.

Later, I saw client 1 at 1120 W Watkins Rd wearing a COTS shirt and client 2 admonished her; whispering that it would ruin everything if clients of other nationalities discovered that COTS members are also 1120 W Watkins Rd clients. Following that, I noticed client 1 needlessly walking with a cane a number of times and hinting that she was attempting disability fraud. Yet, in-between her drawing attention to the potential disability fraud, I witnessed client 1 use her cane as a weapon without cause by willfully striking one client of another nationality with the cane/attempting to trip a second client of another nationality with the cane. Client 2 needlessly used a wheelchair as a weapon, too, willfully ramming into/running over the feet of yet other clients of other nationalities.

Long story short, these same women and yet more/men from COTS are now seen daily inside of 1125 W Jackson St and nightly in the so-called "handicapped line" in front of 1075 W Jackson St using their contraptions as weapons to injure the homeless/needy of other nationalities. According to one, they're working their way up to using "switchblades" against other nationalities because they'll "kill" to get them out of the state!
