  After loosing my Yorkie George, I was a wreck and lost. Upon arriving at PALS I was greeted with empathy, compassion and understanding. I remember very little about that experience as I was in debilitating grief but do remember feeling like Dan truly cared about my girlfriend, myself and most importantly George. I will be forever grateful to Dan and Pals for helping me through this most difficult time.

  This place is the best. The people that own it and work there are so compassionate and caring. I know that they treat each animal with dignity. I've been there twice in the past six months. They were there for me during a difficult time.

  We just picked up our beloved Kato and want to thank PALS for the wonderful kind service they have provided. From beginning to end they were kind and caring to our needs. Losing Kato after 18 yrs has been hard but having him back home with us in a lovely cedar box makes us so happy. We also received a paw print in a cute paw shaped case that is so special. I appreciate PALS so much you were a blessing on a sad Saturday morning.

  Employees are sincere and polite..very efficient in handling process of saying goodbye to our furry part of our family's...
  Owner's son is outstanding at what he does..would recommend to any and all pet lovers whom have had a loved one pass
