  I personally know all the staff and many of the people who attend Roosevelt Community Church. This church is really focused on theologically conservative biblical preaching and teaching, providing a safe place for children of all ages, and engaging the community through the arts. They have a heart devoted to foster care and adoption and it shows...they practice what they preach; many of the families here have adopted and/or are foster parents. In fact, children are so important, they account for about a third of the church!

  Roosevelt Community Church is a place where the gospel is lived out. Not only is the Word of God taught but is evident in the lives of those preaching in leading. James 1:22 "Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says." - Roosevelt exemplifies this.

  This is one great church in the heart of Phoenix!!!
  I visited the church today and I was impressed with the worship program. Moreover, the pastor was GREAT in delivering God's word. His sermon was very good. It engaged the biblical text and practical examples, was well organized and easy to understand. All in all I had a great time this morning. I will definitely go back.

  My wife and I moved here from Texas 6 months ago and we decided to attend Roosevelt Community Church. We first noticed that there is plenty of diversity within the congregation, including the leadership. We appreciate that because we believe Heaven will be made up of every people group and that many churches have trouble with that aspect.
  
  The church has many people who are involved with different initiatives within the city to help our communities and there are many opportunities to plug in where your giftings will be utilized. We also noticed that they are truly concerned with listening to the input of their members and helping to shape the future of the church through suggestions.
  
  The messages are solid and with the church being centrally located, there is a great chance for people who want to see God's Kingdom come on the earth, to come and help us build.
